Common use of Parties’ Participation Clause in Contracts

Parties’ Participation. The Agency and all persons or entities who have a contractual relationship affected by the dispute shall be made an Arbitration Party. Any such person or entity not made an Arbitration Party in the Demand for Arbitration may intervene as an Arbitration Party and in turn may name any other such person or entity as an Arbitration Party, provided however, that the Agency-Assisted Contractor or Contractor made an initial timely Demand for Arbitration pursuant to Section XII.B. above.
