Common use of Parties Protected Clause in Contracts

Parties Protected. The interest of the Trustee under this Indenture and as mortgagee and secured creditor in the Collateral under the Collateral Documents shall be noted as loss payee upon all property policies taken out by the Company relating to the Mortgaged Property required by this Section 13.7. Each of the said policies will contain a waiver of subrogation by the insurer against the Trustee.
