PARTIES’ SUPPORT OBLIGATIONS. 5.1 EZchip shall support Marvell and Marvell’s end customers for the EZchip Deliverables and each Licensed Product developed hereunder in accordance with the provisions of Exhibit C attached hereto during the term of this Agreement and after any termination or expiration of this Agreement for the life of applicable Licensed Product. 5.2 EZchip shall reasonably support Marvell’s efforts to market and sell the Licensed Products to Marvell’s customers in accordance with Marvell’s requirements to ensure successful, volume launch of the Licensed Products.
