Parties that May Hold Certificates. The Administrator, any Paying Agent, Certificate Registrar or any other agent of Xxxxxxx Mac, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Class A Certificates with the same rights as it would have if it were not the Administrator, Paying Agent, Certificate Registrar or such other agent.
