Parties to comply with STD. Except where this Agreement expressly provides otherwise, the Parties will comply with clause 30 (Confidential Information) of the STD General Terms with respect to the disclosure of Confidential Information by either Party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Access Provider may publish this Agreement (or information related to it) to the extent required by the Crown, CIP or otherwise pursuant to its Deed of Undertaking.
