Parties to comply with STD. Except where this Agreement expressly provides otherwise, the Parties will comply with clause 19 (Force Majeure) of the STD General Terms with respect to any Force Majeure Event which prevents or restricts either Party’s ability to perform its obligations under this Agreement.
