Parties to comply with STD. In the event of any dispute, difference or question arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or its formation (a Dispute), then, save as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, the Parties must comply with the dispute resolution procedure set out in clause 35 (Dispute Resolution) of the STD General Terms.
