Parties to comply with STD. Subject to clause 14.2 below and save as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, any notice, consent, approval, agreement, undertaking, report or other communication given by a Party for the purposes this Agreement (a Notice) will be given by that Party in compliance with clause 42 (Notices) of the STD General Terms.
