PARTIES TO COOPERATE. Each Party agrees to cooperate with the others, as applicable, in arranging to print, mail and/or deliver, in a timely manner, each Account's prospectus, statement of additional information and any amendments or supplements thereto (collectively, the "Account Prospectus"), each Fund's prospectus, statement of additional information and any amendments or supplements thereto (collectively, the "Fund Prospectus"), or other materials of the Accounts or AVIF.
