Common use of Parties to the Memorandum Clause in Contracts

Parties to the Memorandum. This Memorandum of Understanding is made and entered into effective the 1st day of January, 2017, by and between the City of Yreka and the Confidential Unit, hereinafter “City” and “Association” respectively. The Association is the recognized employees’ organization for the classifications of City employees hereinafter identified. Upon adoption by the City Council this Memorandum will become binding between the City of Yreka, the Confidential Unit Association and its members.
