Common use of PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT. This agreement applies to the persons participating in the Pension Plans listed in “Appendix G-Record of Parties to the Agreement” administered by the various Pension Authorities that are Parties to this agreement. An authority who is a Public Authority, as defined herein, but who is not a Party listed in “Appendix G-Record of Parties to the Agreement” may, upon written request, be added as a Party to this agreement subject to the unanimous approval of the Participating Authorities who are Parties to this agreement at the time of the request.
