Partner Commercialization Plan. No later than [*] after the Effective Date, Partner will develop an initial draft of the written plan for Commercialization of the Licensed Products in the Field in the Territory (as updated from time to time in accordance with this Section 6.4 (Partner Commercialization Plan) and Section 7.2 (Joint Steering Committee), the “Partner Commercialization Plan”) and provide such initial draft to the JSC to review and discuss.
