Partnering Right Notification Sample Clauses
The Partnering Right Notification clause establishes a party's obligation to inform the other party when it intends to enter into a partnership or similar collaborative arrangement with a third party. Typically, this clause outlines the process and timing for providing such notice, ensuring that the notified party is aware of potential new partnerships that could impact their interests or the existing agreement. Its core function is to promote transparency and allow the parties to address any concerns or conflicts that may arise from new partnerships, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes.
