Partners' Authority. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, no Partner acting alone shall have any authority to act for, or to assume any obligations or responsibilities on behalf of, the other Partner or the Partnership. Each Partner will indemnity the Partnership and the other Partner against any claim, loss or damage to the Partnership or such other Partner which may result from the Partner's breach of this Section (f).
