PARTNER's Guarantee. PARTNER guarantees that all Equipment supplied to TELKOM and the performance of the Work are stipulated under this Agreement and shall fulfill the state of the art technology owned by PARTNER or its license as agreed in the Scope of Work upon the execution of this Agreement.
