Partners' Liability. It is understood that the Owner of the Building is a Maryland Limited Partnership. All obligations of said Owner hereunder are limited to the net assets of the Owner from time to time. No General or Limited Partner of Owner, or of any successor partnership, whether now or hereafter a partner, shall have any personal responsibility or liability for the obligations of Owner hereunder.
