PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT BOARD. 11.1 The Parties have established a Partnership Agreement Board to provide strategic oversight and direction to the development of a Partnership Agreement in order to deliver the Aims and Objectives and the Five Year Health and Social Care Vision, the outcome of which will be the integration of selected health and social care services and the implementation of an Integrated Contact Centre 11.2 The Governance structure for the Partnership Agreement Board is set out in Schedule 1 of this Agreement. 11.3 The terms of reference of the Partnership Agreement Board shall be as set out in Schedule 2 of this Agreement. 11.4 Each Party has secured internal reporting arrangements to ensure the standards of accountability and probity required by each Party's own statutory duties and organisation are complied with.
