Common use of Partnership Governance Committee Meetings Clause in Contracts

Partnership Governance Committee Meetings. (A) Regular meetings of the Partnership Governance Committee shall be held at such times (no less frequently than quarterly) and at such places (within the States of Texas or Oklahoma or any other state designated by the Partnership Governance Committee) as shall from time to time be determined by the Partnership Governance Committee. The first regular meeting of the Partnership Governance Committee during each fiscal year of the Partnership shall be deemed to be the "Annual Meeting." No notice need be given with respect to any regular meeting of the Partnership Governance Committee; however, the Secretary following receipt of comments thereto from each General Partner shall deliver, by messenger or other hand delivery or by facsimile transmission (with proof of confirmation from the transmitting machine), an agenda for such meeting to each of the Representatives at least five (5) Business Days prior to such meeting. At any regular meeting of the Partnership Governance Committee at which a quorum is present, any and all business of the Partnership may be transacted.
