Common use of Partnership Interest Issuance Expenses Clause in Contracts

Partnership Interest Issuance Expenses. The General Partner shall be reimbursed for all expenses it incurs relating to any issuance of additional Partnership Interests pursuant to Section 4.2 or Section 4.5 hereof, all of which shall be expenses of the Partnership.
