PARTNERSHIP INTERESTS AND CAPITAL ACCOUNTS. For all purposes of this Agreement, the "Capital Account" of a Partner as of any date shall mean the value of the Capital Contribution of such Partner as set forth on Exhibit A, as the same may be amended from time to time, properly adjusted to reflect the allocations and distributions provided for in Article Seven and any additional Capital Contributions of such Partner.
