Common use of Partnership Management Fee Clause in Contracts

Partnership Management Fee. The General Partner shall be entitled to a Partnership management fee of an amount equal to 2% of the net asset value of the Partnership during the operating stage of the Partnership.

Partnership Management Fee. The General Partner shall be entitled to a Partnership management fee of an amount equal to 2% of the net asset value (dollar amount of assets less dollar amount of liabilities) of the assets of the Partnership during the operating stage of the Partnership.

Partnership Management Fee. The net asset value of the Partnership's assets shall be the total of the (i) lower of the market value, determined by the General Partner each year, or the cost to the Partnership for non-performing assets and (ii) the remaining principal balances of performing assets.
