Common use of Partnership Management Fee Clause in Contracts

Partnership Management Fee. The General Partner shall be entitled to an annual and on-going Partnership management fee of an amount equal to 2.5% of the net asset value of Partnership's 7 8 assets during the operating stage of the Partnership, which fee shall be paid monthly. The net asset value of the Partnership's assets shall be the total of the (i) lower of the market value, determined by the General Partner each year, or the cost to the Partnership for non-performing assets and (ii) the remaining principal balances of performing assets.

The net asset value of the Partnership's assets shall be the total of the (i) lower of the market value, determined by the General Partner each year, or the cost to the Partnership for non-performing assets and (ii) the remaining principal balances of performing assets.
