Partnership Meeting. 11.4.1 Partnership meetings shall be held at any place chosen by the General Partner and stated in a meeting notice, provided that, if no such location is specified by the General Partner, the meeting place shall be within the County of Santa Bxxxxxx, State of California. 11.4.2 Partnership meetings shall be held only when called by either (i) the General Partner, or (ii) a Majority of the Limited Partners for any matter on which the Limited Partners may vote. 11.4.3 Partnership meeting notices and procedures shall conform with Chapter 15 of the Act.
