Partnership Parties’ Right to Observe. The Partnership Parties shall at all times have the right to observe and consult with the Services Company in connection with the Services Company’s performance of its obligations under this Agreement. Further, the Services Company and the Partnership Parties shall have the right to witness all audits or environmental assessments of the other to be performed on or in connection with the Facilities. The Partnership Parties shall comply with all reasonable requirements of the Services Company prior to such observation or witnessing, including but not limited to safety requirements.
