Common use of Partnership Representative and Audit Clause in Contracts

Partnership Representative and Audit. (a)The Manager shall designate, from time to time, a person or entity to serve as the partnership representative of the Company for purposes of Subchapter C of Chapter 63 of the Code (“Partnership Representative”) and any comparable provisions of state or local law. The initial Partnership Representative shall be Bxx Xxxxxx.
