Partnership Responsibilities. All Parties to the National Partnership are jointly responsible for agreeing the design, policy principles and priorities, implementation principles, oversight and monitoring the new National Agreement 2019-2029 and reviewing the NIRA (2009-2019). Governments are responsible for providing funding for the National Agreement and continuing mainstream services; building their capacity to engage Aboriginal and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander people; and implementing the National Agreement consistent with the Partnership Agreement principles and in line with the agreed implementation principles (in the National Agreement). The following questions are intended to seek your views on the whether the Coalition of Peaks and governments are undertaking their responsibilities under the National Partnership effectively.
Partnership Responsibilities. By consenting to the Partnership Agreement, the School and St Mary’s University agree to form a Partnership and commit the institutions to: ensuring compliance with the DfE ITT Requirements; and ensuring that St Mary’s University Programme Specifications for the award of Qualified Teacher Status and the Secondary Post Graduate Certificate in Education are met. As the Accredited Provider, St Mary’s University will be the lead partner for communication with DfE regarding the award of Qualified Teacher Status.
Partnership Responsibilities. 2.1. coordinate and support efforts to ensure the long-term preservation, access to, and integrity of monographic print resources; 2.2. research, identify, and promote evidence-based best practices and guidelines; 2.3. develop other services in support of the mission based on the priorities of the Member Programs (e.g. marketing/communications templates and research & development); 2.4. provide regular updates to Member Programs; 2.5. provide regular updates to the shared print community; 2.6. hold meetings to bring together the Partnership community to coordinate activities and share best practices; 2.7. maintain an annual budget and provide financial reports to the Member Programs; 2.8. assess needs for changes to the Partnership business model, services, and activities.

The Provider will be supported by the Authorised Officer during Service implementation and will hand over details of processes and protocols from key partners. 13.2. The Authorised Officer will draft service level agreements with the key partners. 13.3. The Provider shall work closely with the wider partnership. The wider partnership responsibilities are listed below: 1. Police staff will drug test Tri-borough Offenders in police custody 2. Police will refer non Tri-borough Offenders who test positive to their borough of residence 3. Police will book drug and alcohol assessments for Tri-borough Offenders if the Provider’s Custody Referral worker is not available in police custody and will notify the Provider 4. Police will provide enforcement if Tri-borough Offenders do not comply with Required Assessment legislation 5. Police will provide enforcement with SSPs who have been ragged ‘red’ and who fail to engage in the Service and continue to offend 6. Police will give the Provider a list of prolific out of borough offenders 7. Prison establishments will support the model and provide access, security clearance and office space 8. Prison establishments will broker relationships with current providers working in prisons 9. Prisons will support the identification of SSPs 10. Probation and courts will support the model at Tri-borough reducing reoffending board and ensure that their respective areas are represented at meetings

Course Structure ITT providers must ensure that training programmes are designed to provide trainee teachers with sufficient time being trained in schools to enable them to demonstrate that they have met all the standards for QTS. This means that our courses are designed to include this time in placement based training: Secondary PGCE programme - 120 days (24 weeks) Please see course calendars (Appendix 2) for exemplification.

Course Structure Applicants are accepted onto the assessment only route after an initial assessment to assess whether they are likely to be able to demonstrate that they are meeting all of the Teachers’ Standards. The assessment only route is intended for very experienced graduate teachers without QTS who can demonstrate meeting all of the Teachers’ Standards without the need for further training. Therefore, the whole process for an applicant should typically be completed in no longer than 3 calendar months from their registered start date. Where an applicant fails to meet a provider’s reasonable expectation of providing evidence for assessment within the 3-month period, or where assessment determines that the applicant does not fully meet the Teachers’ Standards, the applicant should be deemed to have failed the route.

Partnership Responsibilities. The parties’ respective responsibilities under this MOU are as follows: A. TPL will provide library cards to be distributed by WSL staff at the statewide Corrections Centers to individuals who are being released. B. In turn, WSL will provide TPL with the name of the individual, library card number along with address, phone number and/or email address when available to verify information within a week of distribution of card. C. TPL will activate library cards identified in B. within one week of receiving a complete record which includes the above information. D. TPL and WSL will collaboratively engage in opportunities for classes and events to explore enhanced learning opportunities for the public that are related to the needs and expectations of the released individuals. X. WSL will follow library policies unless given written permission by the Library Executive Director. F. WSL will track and report the number of individuals served through this partnership and report those numbers on a quarterly basis to TPL. G. TPL will track the percentage of cardholders using services and the percentage of physical materials checked out by released inmates. H. There will be an internal review on TPLdepartment statistics annually to see if other reporting mechanisms may be developedby TPLand WSL that capture outcomes from programs hosted by TPL as well as other statistics in relation to services provided.
Partnership Responsibilities. The parties’ respective responsibilities under this MOU are as follows: The Library shall make the Bloomberg computer terminal available to EWU graduate students during hours outside of the Library’s normal business hours. The non-business hours shall be from 6:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. and ______ to ______ Monday through Friday and ______ to ______ on Saturday and Sunday. The Library shall provide 15 security passes issued to identified EWU students who shall use the passes only to access the Downtown Library during non-business hours. EWU shall identify to the Library which students shall be participating in the MOU so that the Library may issue the security passes. The students shall schedule the days and times when they will be accessing the Downtown Library so that the Library may notify its security officers and to assure that the students have access to the terminal. The participating student shall use the security pass to gain access only for themselves and shall not allow any other person to uses their pass or to gain access. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the immediate removal of the student’s security pass. EWU shall pay the Library fifteen dollars per pass to cover the cost to the Library. EWU shall be responsible to pay the cost of any replacement passes in the event a security pass is lost.
