Partnership Responsibilities. All Parties are jointly responsible for agreeing the design, policy principles and priorities, implementation principles, oversight and monitoring of the national Closing the Gap framework and associated targets, and the review of the National Indigenous Reform Agreement, as follows:
Partnership Responsibilities. (SDCG-1, 2, and 3) A. DMC and SCHOOL DISTRICT will collaborate on the following requirements as mandated in Texas House Bill No. 1638 (as codified in Texas Education Code 28.009): 1. DMC hosting updated “Dual Enrollment 101” orientation sessions for SCHOOL DISTRICT high school counselors; 2. DMC and SCHOOL DISTRICT posting dual enrollment information on their individual web pages reflecting the most current information; 3. DMC and SCHOOL DISTRICT creating a marketing campaign on dual enrollment benefits; 4. DMC and SCHOOL DISTRICT documenting and summarizing outreach efforts; 5. DMC and SCHOOL DISTRICT ensuring student college readiness with respect to qualifying for and succeeding in entry-level, credit-bearing college courses leading to an associate degree or certificate without the need for remedial or developmental coursework. B. In accordance with Texas House Bill No. 8, the Financial Aid for Swift Transfer (FAST) Program establishes dual enrollment courses at no cost to educationally disadvantaged students enrolled in a Texas public or charter high school. DMC and SCHOOL DISTRICT will collaborate on the requirements listed including: 1. DMC has elected to go beyond Texas House Bill No. 8 requirements and will waive tuition for students enrolled in dual enrollment programs through its Viking Promise Program. The Viking Promise Program extends the benefits of the FAST Program to ALL participating public school districts and charter school students. 2. FAST Program eligible student requirements are: (1) a High School student enrolled at a public or charter school in an eligible dual enrollment course offered through Texas Education Code 130.008 (Courses for Joint High School and Junior College Credit) and Texas Administrative Code Chapter 4, Subchapter D, Rules 4.81-4.85 and (2) Educationally Disadvantaged (i.e., qualified for free/reduced lunch) at any time during the four years preceding the student’s enrollment in dual enrollment courses. 3. DMC will waive tuition for all dual enrollment enrolled students (FAST and non-FAST Program students). 4. DMC will provide student advising to all students enrolled in dual enrollment courses to ensure courses taken align with an identified academic plan that leads to a 42-hour Texas Common Core, a credentials of value or certificates or transferrable credit toward a baccalaureate degree. 5. Partnership Responsibilities. All Parties to the National Partnership are jointly responsible for agreeing the design, policy principles and priorities, implementation principles, oversight and monitoring the new National Agreement 2019-2029 and reviewing the NIRA (2009-2019). Governments are responsible for providing funding for the National Agreement and continuing mainstream services; building their capacity to engage Aboriginal and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Islander people; and implementing the National Agreement consistent with the Partnership Agreement principles and in line with the agreed implementation principles (in the National Agreement). The following questions are intended to seek your views on the whether the Coalition of Peaks and governments are undertaking their responsibilities under the National Partnership effectively.
Partnership Responsibilities. By consenting to the Partnership Agreement, the School and St Mary’s University agree to form a Partnership and commit the institutions to: ensuring compliance with the DfE ITT Requirements; and ensuring that St Mary’s University Programme Specifications for the award of Qualified Teacher Status and the Secondary Post Graduate Certificate in Education are met. As the Accredited Provider, St Mary’s University will be the lead partner for communication with DfE regarding the award of Qualified Teacher Status.
Partnership Responsibilities. 2.1. coordinate and support efforts to ensure the long-term preservation, access to, and integrity of monographic print resources; 2.2. research, identify, and promote evidence-based best practices and guidelines; 2.3. develop other services in support of the mission based on the priorities of the Member Programs (e.g. marketing/communications templates and research & development); 2.4. provide regular updates to Member Programs; 2.5. provide regular updates to the shared print community; 2.6. hold meetings to bring together the Partnership community to coordinate activities and share best practices; 2.7. maintain an annual budget and provide financial reports to the Member Programs; 2.8. assess needs for changes to the Partnership business model, services, and activities.

Course Structure Applicants are accepted onto the assessment only route after an initial assessment to assess whether they are likely to be able to demonstrate that they are meeting all of the Teachers’ Standards. The assessment only route is intended for very experienced graduate teachers without QTS who can demonstrate meeting all of the Teachers’ Standards without the need for further training. Therefore, the whole process for an applicant should typically be completed in no longer than 3 calendar months from their registered start date. Where an applicant fails to meet a provider’s reasonable expectation of providing evidence for assessment within the 3-month period, or where assessment determines that the applicant does not fully meet the Teachers’ Standards, the applicant should be deemed to have failed the route.
Partnership Responsibilities. Abide by all policies and procedures applicable to Partnership as outlined in the 2024-20254 First Steps Member Handbook and the AmeriCorps SC Operations Manual (provided to the Program coordinator by SC Service Commission. Identify and assign at least one (1) staff person from Partnership (“site supervisor”) who has expertise in the program objectives (i.e., client services, etc.) to serve as the direct supervisor for the Member(s) for technical assistance. The site supervisor must: Possess relevant career experience in Program Objective areas. Train, mentor, and support Members in completing their service activities. Commit adequate time to the training, support, and supervision of Members. Oversee Member attendance tracking and review/approve Member timesheets in the America Learns timekeeping system on a weekly basis, as stipulated by the AmeriCorps Program Coordinator. Document and report data associated with the program objectives listed above and report that information as requested. Participate in monitoring and training events as requested. Site supervisor or Executive director must attend Community of Practice Meetings Members will be required to meet with their site supervisor at varying rates based on their position description. Parent Educator AmeriCorps Members will meet with their site supervisor for a minimum of one (1) hour each week as outlined in the HIPPY NATIONAL curriculum. Family and Community AmeriCorps Members will meet with their site supervisor for a minimum of thirty (30) minutes bi- weekly. Support member recruiting, interviewing, and selection in conjunction with SC First Steps. Specifically, Partnership agrees to the following: Post the position using local job boards and disseminate information regarding the AmeriCorps service opportunity within the organization’s networks (to include social media, organizational newsletter, and volunteer list) and direct applicants to apply through the SC First Steps website (▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/get-involved/americorps/). Partnerships must provide SC First Steps with an overview of the local recruitment methods that they will facilitate and a timeline for implementing the strategies that have been identified. Upon execution of the Amendment, SC First Steps will incorporate Partnership opportunity into the organization’s online AmeriCorps Member Application. Partnership Responsibilities. The parties’ respective responsibilities under this MOU are as follows: The Library shall make the Bloomberg computer terminal available to EWU graduate students during hours outside of the Library’s normal business hours. The non-business hours shall be from 6:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. and ______ to ______ Monday through Friday and ______ to ______ on Saturday and Sunday. The Library shall provide 15 security passes issued to identified EWU students who shall use the passes only to access the Downtown Library during non-business hours. EWU shall identify to the Library which students shall be participating in the MOU so that the Library may issue the security passes. The students shall schedule the days and times when they will be accessing the Downtown Library so that the Library may notify its security officers and to assure that the students have access to the terminal. The participating student shall use the security pass to gain access only for themselves and shall not allow any other person to uses their pass or to gain access. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the immediate removal of the student’s security pass. EWU shall pay the Library fifteen dollars per pass to cover the cost to the Library. EWU shall be responsible to pay the cost of any replacement passes in the event a security pass is lost.
