Partnership Tenants Clause Samples

The Partnership Tenants clause defines the rights and obligations of tenants who are partners in a business occupying leased premises. It typically clarifies that all partners are jointly and severally liable for the lease obligations, meaning each partner can be held responsible for the full amount of rent and any breaches of the lease. This clause ensures that the landlord can seek recourse from any or all partners, thereby reducing the risk of non-payment or default if the partnership dissolves or a partner leaves.
