Parts Percentage. the percentage of parts held by the Guarantor in VMK, as recorded in VMK's commercial registration extract issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in Kuwait from time to time and in respect of the Guarantor's liability to make payment(s) Rights: the benefit of any Security Interest or any right of subrogation, indemnity, contribution or of proof in liquidation. Security Interest: any mortgage, charge, pledge, lien or other security interest including, without limitation, anything analogous to any of the foregoing under the laws of any jurisdiction.
