Common use of Parts; Priority Clause in Contracts

Parts; Priority. Except as otherwise instructed by the Company, Dealer agrees to use only GENUINE PARTS in performing warranty, policy and campaign/FIP work. Dealer shall give priority to warranty, policy and campaign work over other service work if the customers use of the EQUIPMENT submitted for warranty, policy or campaign/FIP work is impaired.
