Parts Replacement. As determined by JEOL, all defective items covered by the JSA, shall be replaced. The following items are excluded: Wehnelt assemblies, consumables, and specimen holders not listed on the JSA. JEOL reserves the right to use refurbished and/or rebuilt parts at its sole discretion. Said parts are warranted under paragraph 6 below. All defective parts replaced by JEOL shall become the property of JEOL. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that all parts returned to JEOL are shipped in compliance with all applicable laws.

Parts Replacement. GE will determine which parts are required to perform the Services and will provide all parts and materials (new or used Serviceable, including use of Rotable Parts) required to accomplish the Services. Each used Serviceable part will be a GE part of a similar age, value and utility to the removed Part. GE may issue compatible parts from GE’s Rotable Parts inventory to replace Customer’s parts requiring Services. Customer agrees to accept compatible Rotable Parts that are in compliance with the OEM Approved Repair Specification provided:

Parts Replacement. In the performance of Equipment Maintenance Services Entrust may at its option repair or replace any part that fails to perform its function under normal use. Entrust may at its option use new, rebuilt, or reconditioned parts or improved parts provided such parts are capable of performing functions at a level similar to those of the replaced parts.
Parts Replacement. This agreement will include replacement of any part that becomes worn or inoperable, or that otherwise affects the equipment’s operability in any way. A published price list for parts shall be submitted with the contractor’s invoice to the State. Contractor must notify the Facility Manager or designee prior to ordering and/or installing the part. A written estimate of the required part(s) must be submitted to the Institution Facility Manager or designee and approved before replacement. All replacement parts will be invoiced at the listed rates, which shall include a discount as specified herein plus sales tax.
Parts Replacement. (a) TCS will provide depot replacement of defective parts and materials supplied by TCS under this Service Order. Where the TCS-supplied Hardware is determined to be the cause of the issue, TCS will respond with drop ship support during local business hours (8:00am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays). The defective Hardware will be ‌ shipped by the close of the next business day after determination that replacement is required by the TCS remote technical support representative. Customer is required to return the defective phone set to TCS within 30 days of replacement, failing which TCS will invoice the customer for the phone set. For an additional fee, Customer may request TCS provide additional professional support services or on-site support. Upon request, TCS shall provide Customer a quote for such additional services.
