Common use of Party A’s Entry Clause in Contracts

(a) To permit Party A and persons authorized by it or the manager with or without appliances at all reasonable times after giving reasonable prior notice to enter upon the Premises to view their condition, to take inventories of the fixtures in them and to show the Premises to prospective tenants or purchasers;
