Party B’s Liabilities for Breach. The following provisions shall apply if Party B fails to perform any of its obligations within the time limits as stipulated in this Agreement: 5.3.1 If Party B fails to pay any amount within 180 days after the date of payment due to any fault on the part of Party B, Party B shall pay the damages equal to 0.01% of the amount due per day to Party A from the next day to the date of payment as stipulated in this Agreement and until the amount due is paid in full amount and this Agreement shall continue to be performed. 5.3.2 Party B agrees that if Party B does not pay any amount due more than 180 days after the date of payment due to any fault on the part of Party B, Party A may cancel this Agreement, resell the Property to any person and refund the amount paid by Party B, and Party B shall pay Party A the damages equal to five percent (5%) of the total price of this Agreement. If Party A does not choose to cancel this Agreement, Party B shall pay Party A the damages equal to 0.01% of the amount overdue per day from the next day to the date of payment as stipulated in this Agreement and until the amount due is paid in full amount and this Agreement shall continue to be performed.
