PARTY CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENTS. To the extent that the Company possesses any Confidential Information which is subject to any confidentiality agreements with, or obligations to, third parties, Executive will comply with all such agreements or obligations in full. The immediately preceding sentence shall apply only if the Company has provided Executive with a copy of such agreements, and Executive may disclose such agreements and any related Confidential Information to Company's attorneys and rely on their advice regarding compliance therewith.
