Party Consent. (1) Each Party hereby gives its unconditional consent to the submission of a dispute to international arbitration in accordance with Article 13 of this Agreement. (2) The consent referred to in paragraph (1) of this Article implies the renunciation of the requirement that the internal administrative or juridical remedies should be exhausted.
