Party-Specific Costs. The Parties may share the cost of processing Joint Service Territory Customer applications, or this cost may be accepted by one of the two Parties. If costs are shared, actual, reasonable processing costs will be apportioned within the Program Order. In lieu of providing a portion of actual program costs, the Parties may assign in-kind tasks to support the program, as defined in the Program Order.
