Party Termination. This Agreement may be terminated by either Party upon ninety (90) day notice in writing to the other Party. Upon termination, City shall remit all collected Fire District Impact Fees as provided in the Ordinance.

Term Termination 8.1 This Agreement shall be effective as of the date hereof and shall continue in force until terminated in accordance with the provisions herein.
Agreement Termination In the event Contractor is unable to fulfill its responsibilities under this Agreement for any reason whatsoever, including circumstances beyond its control, County may terminate this Agreement in whole or in part in the same manner as for breach hereof.
