Common use of Party to Indenture Clause in Contracts

Party to Indenture. In accordance with Section 4.12 of the Indenture, on and from the date of this Note Guarantee Supplement (the “Effective Date”), the Note Guarantor will become a party to the Indenture and hereby agrees to provide an unconditional Guarantee on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the Indenture including but not limited to Article 10 thereof. The Note Guarantor will be bound by all the provisions thereof as fully as if the Note Guarantor were one of the original parties thereto.
