Pass Distribution; Marketing Permissions. 2.1 Subject to the terms of this Agreement, You may distribute Your Passes to end-users by the web, email, or an Application. You understand that Passes must be accepted by such users before they will be loaded into Wallet and that Passes can be removed or transferred by such users at any time.
Pass Distribution; Marketing Permissions. 2.1 Subject to the terms of this Agreement, You may distribute Your Passes only to Your Employees and/or Permitted Users for internal use purposes or for limited use by Demo Recipients on Deployment Devices on Your own (or Your Permitted Entity’s) physical premises or in other locations when the use is under Your direct supervision and physical control as set forth in Section 2.1(f) of the Agreement. You understand that Passes must be accepted by such users before they will be loaded into Wallet and that Passes can be removed or transferred by such users at any time.
