Common use of Pass-Through of Dividends Clause in Contracts

Pass-Through of Dividends. Unless otherwise determined by the Committee in its sole discretion, the Participant shall be entitled to receive all cash dividends which would have been paid with respect to the Performance Shares if they had been actual Shares, regardless of whether the Period of Restriction has lapsed.
