PASSENGER DOCUMENTATION a) INTERNATIONAL. Passenger are required to provide passport numbers, country of origin, date of birth, and expiration date. b) NON-US CITIZENS. With the exception of Canadian citizens, each passenger must have a valid U.S. issued entry/exit visa prior to entry into the U.S. Domestic passengers 18 and older must show government issued ID prior to boarding.
PASSENGER DOCUMENTATION. CUSTOMER is responsible for ensuring that the carriage of any and all passengers pursuant to this Agreement complies with the terms of the Family Assistance Act of 1996 and all applicable immigration, health, police, customs and other laws, rules, regulations and requirements of each country from, to or through which each individual flight hereunder is operated except for WORLD personnel. WORLD will not be liable to CUSTOMER or any passenger for any loss, fee, charge, expense or other consequence due to a failure to comply with requirements of this paragraph except for WORLD personnel.
