PASSENGERS WITH DISABILITIES. Xxxxxxx does not discriminate unlawfully on the basis of disability. Because the tours offered occur in various countries, accessible facilities may not be available on board or in many places visited on the cruise and cruise tours we offer. If You (Passenger) have a disability and reasonable accommodation may enable You to use our services, please let Carrier know how we can help. Xxxxxxxxx is requested to inform Xxxxxxx in writing, at or immediately after reserving passage, but in any event at the earliest possible time, of any mobility impairment or other physical, emotional or mental condition which may require accommodation or use of an assistive device during the cruise. If the impairment or condition first arises after booking, Xxxxxxxxx is requested to inform Xxxxxxx in writing at the earliest possible time. Carrier will consider and may confer with Passenger, regarding possible accommodations. Depending on applicable law, Carrier may: (a) require that a Passenger who, due to impairment, is not self- sufficient, travel with a companion who shall take responsibility for any assistance needed during the voyage and in case of emergency; and (b) exclude an individual with a disability that would result in a direct threat to the health and safety of others or to that individual, if Carrier determines there is a significant risk that cannot be eliminated or reduced to an acceptable level by reasonable modifications to Carrier policies, practices and/or procedures or by appropriate assistive devices or services. If Passenger fails to timely inform Carrier of any impairment or condition and/or it is determined that Passenger ’s continued participation poses a safety risk to Passenger or direct health or safety threat to others, Passenger may be excluded from embarking or further participation. Carrier and personnel aboard the Vessel shall have no liability to Passenger relating to any Passenger condition, treatment, failure to inform Carrier of an impairment or resulting exclusion.

PASSENGERS WITH DISABILITIES. Individuals with disabilities, as defined in section 382.3 of DOT’s rules, 14 CFR 382.3, shall be transported as provided in the regulations and related guidance materials of the DOT, the EASA, other cognizant government authorities, and CARRIER's procedures developed in accordance therewith. CHARTERER agrees to provide CARRIER with at least 24 hours’ advance notice that a passenger with a disability will travel on any flight to be operated under this Agreement, and to include information on special accommodations, if any, the passenger will need, provided CHARTERER has been made aware of the disability and special needs by such passenger or someone acting on his or her behalf. In the event CHARTERER first becomes aware of the disability and/or special needs less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of departure, CHARTERER will undertake to notify CARRIER as soon as possible.
PASSENGERS WITH DISABILITIES. We want everyone to enjoy our travel arrangements. We are happy to advise and assist you in choosing a suitable excursion. But, as some of the accommodation and resorts featured may not cater for even minor disabilities, it is important that, when booking, you advise us of any disability, specific need or complex need you may have and any special requirements that will make sure the excursion is suitable. If a passenger requires personal assistance (for example, assistance with feeding, dressing, toileting, mobilising) then this passenger must travel with an able- bodied companion or carer and written confirmation that such assistance will be provided for the entirety of the excursion is required at the time of booking. Coach drivers/ tour escorts are unable to provide such assistance.

  • Students with Disabilities The Charter School shall comply with all federal special education laws and regulations, including Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.

  • PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES Contractor and/or subcontractor agree to comply with the provisions of §504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, (29 USC 794 et seq., as implemented in 45 CFR 84.1 et seq.), and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 as amended (42 USC 12101 et seq.; as implemented in 29 CFR 1630), as applicable, pertaining to the prohibition of discrimination against qualified persons with disabilities in all programs or activities, and if applicable, as implemented in Title 45, CFR, §84.1 et seq., as they exist now or may be hereafter amended together with succeeding legislation.

  • Education of Students with Disabilities 3.5.1. The DOE is the State of Hawaii's “state education agency” (SEA) and “local education agency” (LEA) for purposes of compliance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). All public schools, including charter schools, are part of and fall under the LEA. As such, the School shall comply with all applicable federal and State laws, rules, policies, procedures, and directives regarding the education of students with disabilities, including but not limited to Ch. 8-60, Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR).

  • Americans with Disabilities Act The Contractor shall be and remain in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“Act”), to the extent applicable, during the term of the Contract. DAS may Terminate the Contract if the Contractor fails to comply with the Act.

  • Fair Employment Practices and Americans with Disabilities Act Party agrees to comply with the requirement of Title 21V.S.A. Chapter 5, Subchapter 6, relating to fair employment practices, to the full extent applicable. Party shall also ensure, to the full extent required by the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended, that qualified individuals with disabilities receive equitable access to the services, programs, and activities provided by the Party under this Agreement. Party further agrees to include this provision in all subcontracts.

  • Compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act Contractor shall provide the Services in a manner that complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), including but not limited to Title II’s program access requirements, and all other applicable federal, state and local disability rights legislation.

  • Reasonable Accommodation for Applicants / Employees with Disabilities The contractor must be familiar with the requirements for and comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act and all rules and regulations established there under. Employers must provide reasonable accommodation in all employment activities unless to do so would cause an undue hardship.
