Common use of Past Due Rent Payments Clause in Contracts

Past Due Rent Payments. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if in the case of Section 2.2(a) or (b), after the occurrence of a Series 2018-1 Lease Payment Deficit, the Lessees shall make payments of Monthly Base Rent or other amounts payable by the Lessees under the Leases on or prior to the fifth Business Day after the occurrence of such Series 2018-1 Lease Payment Deficit (a “Past Due Rent Payment”), the Administrator shall direct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to allocate to the Series 2018-1 Collection Account an amount equal to the Series 2018-1 Invested Percentage as of the date of the occurrence of such Series 2018-1 Lease Payment Deficit of the Collections attributable to such Past Due Rent Payment (the “Series 2018-1 Past Due Rent Payment”). The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 2018-1 Collection Account and apply the Series 2018-1 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if in the case of Section 2.2(a) or (b), after the occurrence of a Series 20182012-1 2 Lease Payment Deficit, the Lessees shall make payments of Monthly Base Rent or other amounts payable by the Lessees under the Leases on or prior to the fifth Business Day after the occurrence of such Series 20182012-1 2 Lease Payment Deficit (a “Past Due Rent Payment”), the Administrator shall direct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to allocate to the Series 20182012-1 2 Collection Account an amount equal to the Series 20182012-1 2 Invested Percentage as of the date of the occurrence of such Series 20182012-1 2 Lease Payment Deficit of the Collections attributable to such Past Due Rent Payment (the “Series 20182012-1 2 Past Due Rent Payment”). The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20182012-1 2 Collection Account and apply the Series 20182012-1 2 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20182019-1 2 Collection Account and apply the Series 20182019-1 2 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20182005-1 2 Collection Account and apply the Series 20182005-1 2 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20182019-1 3 Collection Account and apply the Series 20182019-1 3 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20182011-1 5 Collection Account and apply the Series 20182011-1 5 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20182011-1 3 Collection Account and apply the Series 20182011-1 3 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20182024-1 3 Collection Account and apply the Series 20182024-1 3 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if in the case of Section 2.2(a) or (b), after the occurrence of a Series 20182023-1 3 Lease Payment Deficit, the Lessees shall make payments of Monthly Base Rent or other amounts payable by the Lessees under the Leases on or prior to the fifth Business Day after the occurrence of such Series 20182023-1 3 Lease Payment Deficit (a “Past Due Rent Payment”), the Administrator shall direct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to allocate to the Series 20182023-1 3 Collection Account an amount equal to the Series 20182023-1 3 Invested Percentage as of the date of the occurrence of such Series 20182023-1 3 Lease Payment Deficit of the Collections attributable to such Past Due Rent Payment (the “Series 20182023-1 3 Past Due Rent Payment”). The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20182023-1 3 Collection Account and apply the Series 20182023-1 3 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20182009-1 Collection Account and apply the Series 20182009-1 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20182021-1 2 Collection Account and apply the Series 20182021-1 2 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20182010-1 3 Collection Account and apply the Series 20182010-1 3 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20182023-1 4 Collection Account and apply the Series 20182023-1 4 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20182015-1 2 Collection Account and apply the Series 20182015-1 2 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20182016-1 2 Collection Account and apply the Series 20182016-1 2 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20182017-1 2 Collection Account and apply the Series 20182017-1 2 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20182014-1 Collection Account and apply the Series 20182014-1 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20182021-1 Collection Account and apply the Series 20182021-1 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20182015-1 Collection Account and apply the Series 20182015-1 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if in the case of Section 2.2(a) or (b), after the occurrence of a Series 20182023-1 8 Lease Payment Deficit, the Lessees shall make payments of Monthly Base Rent or other amounts payable by the Lessees under the Leases on or prior to the fifth Business Day after the occurrence of such Series 20182023-1 8 Lease Payment Deficit (a “Past Due Rent Payment”), the Administrator shall direct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to allocate to the Series 20182023-1 8 Collection Account an amount equal to the Series 20182023-1 8 Invested Percentage as of the date of the occurrence of such Series 20182023-1 8 Lease Payment Deficit of the Collections attributable to such Past Due Rent Payment (the “Series 20182023-1 8 Past Due Rent Payment”). The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20182023-1 8 Collection Account and apply the Series 20182023-1 8 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if in the case of Section 2.2(a) or (b), after the occurrence of a Series 20182022-1 Lease Payment Deficit, the Lessees shall make payments of Monthly Base Rent or other amounts payable by the Lessees under the Leases on or prior to the fifth Business Day after the occurrence of such Series 20182022-1 Lease Payment Deficit (a “Past Due Rent Payment”), the Administrator shall direct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to allocate to the Series 20182022-1 Collection Account an amount equal to the Series 20182022-1 Invested Percentage as of the date of the occurrence of such Series 20182022-1 Lease Payment Deficit of the Collections attributable to such Past Due Rent Payment (the “Series 20182022-1 Past Due Rent Payment”). The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20182022-1 Collection Account and apply the Series 20182022-1 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

Past Due Rent Payments. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if in the case of Section 2.2(a) or (b), after the occurrence of a Series 20182023-1 Lease Payment Deficit, the Lessees shall make payments of Monthly Base Rent or other amounts payable by the Lessees under the Leases on or prior to the fifth Business Day after the occurrence of such Series 20182023-1 Lease Payment Deficit (a “Past Due Rent Payment”), the Administrator shall direct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to allocate to the Series 20182023-1 Collection Account an amount equal to the Series 20182023-1 Invested Percentage as of the date of the occurrence of such Series 20182023-1 Lease Payment Deficit of the Collections attributable to such Past Due Rent Payment (the “Series 20182023-1 Past Due Rent Payment”). The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20182023-1 Collection Account and apply the Series 20182023-1 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

Past Due Rent Payments. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if in the case of Section 2.2(a) or (b), after the occurrence of a Series 20182009-1 2 Lease Payment Deficit, the Lessees shall make payments of Monthly Base Rent or other amounts payable by the Lessees under the Leases on or prior to the fifth Business Day after the occurrence of such Series 20182009-1 2 Lease Payment Deficit (a “Past Due Rent Payment”), the Administrator shall direct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to allocate to the Series 20182009-1 2 Collection Account an amount equal to the Series 20182009-1 2 Invested Percentage as of the date of the occurrence of such Series 20182009-1 2 Lease Payment Deficit of the Collections attributable to such Past Due Rent Payment (the “Series 20182009-1 2 Past Due Rent Payment”). The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20182009-1 2 Collection Account and apply the Series 20182009-1 2 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

Past Due Rent Payments. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if in the case of Section 2.2(a) or (b), after the occurrence of a Series 20182023-1 7 Lease Payment Deficit, the Lessees shall make payments of Monthly Base Rent or other amounts payable by the Lessees under the Leases on or prior to the fifth Business Day after the occurrence of such Series 20182023-1 7 Lease Payment Deficit (a “Past Due Rent Payment”), the Administrator shall direct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to allocate to the Series 20182023-1 7 Collection Account an amount equal to the Series 20182023-1 7 Invested Percentage as of the date of the occurrence of such Series 20182023-1 7 Lease Payment Deficit of the Collections attributable to such Past Due Rent Payment (the “Series 20182023-1 7 Past Due Rent Payment”). The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20182023-1 7 Collection Account and apply the Series 20182023-1 7 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if in the case of Section 2.2(a) or (b), after the occurrence of a Series 20182023-1 2 Lease Payment Deficit, the Lessees shall make payments of Monthly Base Rent or other amounts payable by the Lessees under the Leases on or prior to the fifth Business Day after the occurrence of such Series 20182023-1 2 Lease Payment Deficit (a “Past Due Rent Payment”), the Administrator shall direct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to allocate to the Series 20182023-1 2 Collection Account an amount equal to the Series 20182023-1 2 Invested Percentage as of the date of the occurrence of such Series 20182023-1 2 Lease Payment Deficit of the Collections attributable to such Past Due Rent Payment (the “Series 20182023-1 2 Past Due Rent Payment”). The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20182023-1 2 Collection Account and apply the Series 20182023-1 2 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if in the case of Section 2.2(a) or (b), after the occurrence of a Series 20182017-1 Lease Payment Deficit, the Lessees shall make payments of Monthly Base Rent or other amounts payable by the Lessees under the Leases on or prior to the fifth Business Day after the occurrence of such Series 20182017-1 Lease Payment Deficit (a “Past Due Rent Payment”), the Administrator shall direct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to allocate to the Series 20182017-1 Collection Account an amount equal to the Series 20182017-1 Invested Percentage as of the date of the occurrence of such Series 20182017-1 Lease Payment Deficit of the Collections attributable to such Past Due Rent Payment (the “Series 20182017-1 Past Due Rent Payment”). The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20182017-1 Collection Account and apply the Series 20182017-1 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if in the case of Section 2.2(a) or (b), after the occurrence of a Series 20182012-1 Lease Payment Deficit, the Lessees shall make payments of Monthly Base Rent or other amounts payable by the Lessees under the Leases on or prior to the fifth Business Day after the occurrence of such Series 20182012-1 Lease Payment Deficit (a “Past Due Rent Payment”), the Administrator shall direct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to allocate to the Series 20182012-1 Collection Account an amount equal to the Series 20182012-1 Invested Percentage as of the date of the occurrence of such Series 20182012-1 Lease Payment Deficit of the Collections attributable to such Past Due Rent Payment (the “Series 20182012-1 Past Due Rent Payment”). The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20182012-1 Collection Account and apply the Series 20182012-1 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

Past Due Rent Payments. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if in the case of Section 2.2(a) or (b), after the occurrence of a Series 20182010-1 5 Lease Payment Deficit, the Lessees shall make payments of Monthly Base Rent or other amounts payable by the Lessees under the Leases on or prior to the fifth Business Day after the occurrence of such Series 20182010-1 5 Lease Payment Deficit (a “Past Due Rent Payment”), the Administrator shall direct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to allocate to the Series 20182010-1 5 Collection Account an amount equal to the Series 20182010-1 5 Invested Percentage as of the date of the occurrence of such Series 20182010-1 5 Lease Payment Deficit of the Collections attributable to such Past Due Rent Payment (the “Series 20182010-1 5 Past Due Rent Payment”). The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20182010-1 5 Collection Account and apply the Series 20182010-1 5 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

Past Due Rent Payments. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if in the case of Section 2.2(a) or (b), after the occurrence of a Series 20182024-1 2 Lease Payment Deficit, the Lessees shall make payments of Monthly Base Rent or other amounts payable by the Lessees under the Leases on or prior to the fifth Business Day after the occurrence of such Series 20182024-1 2 Lease Payment Deficit (a “Past Due Rent Payment”), the Administrator shall direct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to allocate to the Series 20182024-1 2 Collection Account an amount equal to the Series 20182024-1 2 Invested Percentage as of the date of the occurrence of such Series 20182024-1 2 Lease Payment Deficit of the Collections attributable to such Past Due Rent Payment (the “Series 20182024-1 2 Past Due Rent Payment”). The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20182024-1 2 Collection Account and apply the Series 20182024-1 2 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if in the case of Section 2.2(a) or (b), after the occurrence of a Series 20182014-1 2 Lease Payment Deficit, the Lessees shall make payments of Monthly Base Rent or other amounts payable by the Lessees under the Leases on or prior to the fifth Business Day after the occurrence of such Series 20182014-1 2 Lease Payment Deficit (a “Past Due Rent Payment”), the Administrator shall direct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to allocate to the Series 20182014-1 2 Collection Account an amount equal to the Series 20182014-1 2 Invested Percentage as of the date of the occurrence of such Series 20182014-1 2 Lease Payment Deficit of the Collections attributable to such Past Due Rent Payment (the “Series 20182014-1 2 Past Due Rent Payment”). The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20182014-1 2 Collection Account and apply the Series 20182014-1 2 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if in the case of Section 2.2(a) or (b), after the occurrence of a Series 20182019-1 Lease Payment Deficit, the Lessees shall make payments of Monthly Base Rent or other amounts payable by the Lessees under the Leases on or prior to the fifth Business Day after the occurrence of such Series 20182019-1 Lease Payment Deficit (a “Past Due Rent Payment”), the Administrator shall direct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to allocate to the Series 20182019-1 Collection Account an amount equal to the Series 20182019-1 Invested Percentage as of the date of the occurrence of such Series 20182019-1 Lease Payment Deficit of the Collections attributable to such Past Due Rent Payment (the “Series 20182019-1 Past Due Rent Payment”). The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20182019-1 Collection Account and apply the Series 20182019-1 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if in the case of Section 2.2(a) or (b), after the occurrence of a Series 20182007-1 2 Lease Payment Deficit, the Lessees shall make payments of Monthly Base Rent or other amounts payable by the Lessees under the Leases on or prior to the fifth Business Day after the occurrence of such Series 20182007-1 2 Lease Payment Deficit (a “Past Due Rent Payment”), the Administrator shall direct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to allocate to the Series 20182007-1 2 Collection Account an amount equal to the Series 20182007-1 2 Invested Percentage as of the date of the occurrence of such Series 20182007-1 2 Lease Payment Deficit of the Collections attributable to such Past Due Rent Payment (the “Series 20182007-1 2 Past Due Rent Payment”). The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20182007-1 2 Collection Account and apply the Series 20182007-1 2 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if in the case of Section 2.2(a) or (b), after the occurrence of a Series 20182011-1 Lease Payment Deficit, the Lessees shall make payments of Monthly Base Rent or other amounts payable by the Lessees under the Leases on or prior to the fifth Business Day after the occurrence of such Series 20182011-1 Lease Payment Deficit (a “Past Due Rent Payment”), the Administrator shall direct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to allocate to the Series 20182011-1 Collection Account an amount equal to the Series 20182011-1 Invested Percentage as of the date of the occurrence of such Series 20182011-1 Lease Payment Deficit of the Collections attributable to such Past Due Rent Payment (the “Series 20182011-1 Past Due Rent Payment”). The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20182011-1 Collection Account and apply the Series 20182011-1 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if in the case of Section 2.2(a) or (b), after the occurrence of a Series 20182013-1 Lease Payment Deficit, the Lessees shall make payments of Monthly Base Rent or other amounts payable by the Lessees under the Leases on or prior to the fifth Business Day after the occurrence of such Series 20182013-1 Lease Payment Deficit (a “Past Due Rent Payment”), the Administrator shall direct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to allocate to the Series 20182013-1 Collection Account an amount equal to the Series 20182013-1 Invested Percentage as of the date of the occurrence of such Series 20182013-1 Lease Payment Deficit of the Collections attributable to such Past Due Rent Payment (the “Series 20182013-1 Past Due Rent Payment”). The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20182013-1 Collection Account and apply the Series 20182013-1 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

Past Due Rent Payments. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if in the case of Section 2.2(a) or (b), after the occurrence of a Series 20182016-1 Lease Payment Deficit, the Lessees shall make payments of Monthly Base Rent or other amounts payable by the Lessees under the Leases on or prior to the fifth Business Day after the occurrence of such Series 20182016-1 Lease Payment Deficit (a “Past Due Rent Payment”), the Administrator shall direct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to allocate to the Series 20182016-1 Collection Account an amount equal to the Series 20182016-1 Invested Percentage as of the date of the occurrence of such Series 20182016-1 Lease Payment Deficit of the Collections attributable to such Past Due Rent Payment (the “Series 20182016-1 Past Due Rent Payment”). The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20182016-1 Collection Account and apply the Series 20182016-1 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

Past Due Rent Payments. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if in the case of Section 2.2(a) or (b), after the occurrence of a Series 2018-1 2 Lease Payment Deficit, the Lessees shall make payments of Monthly Base Rent or other amounts payable by the Lessees under the Leases on or prior to the fifth Business Day after the occurrence of such Series 2018-1 2 Lease Payment Deficit (a “Past Due Rent Payment”), the Administrator shall direct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to allocate to the Series 2018-1 2 Collection Account an amount equal to the Series 2018-1 2 Invested Percentage as of the date of the occurrence of such Series 2018-1 2 Lease Payment Deficit of the Collections attributable to such Past Due Rent Payment (the “Series 2018-1 2 Past Due Rent Payment”). The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 2018-1 2 Collection Account and apply the Series 2018-1 2 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

Past Due Rent Payments. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if in the case of Section 2.2(a) or (b), after the occurrence of a Series 20182023-1 6 Lease Payment Deficit, the Lessees shall make payments of Monthly Base Rent or other amounts payable by the Lessees under the Leases on or prior to the fifth Business Day after the occurrence of such Series 20182023-1 6 Lease Payment Deficit (a “Past Due Rent Payment”), the Administrator shall direct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to allocate to the Series 20182023-1 6 Collection Account an amount equal to the Series 20182023-1 6 Invested Percentage as of the date of the occurrence of such Series 20182023-1 6 Lease Payment Deficit of the Collections attributable to such Past Due Rent Payment (the “Series 20182023-1 6 Past Due Rent Payment”). The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20182023-1 6 Collection Account and apply the Series 20182023-1 6 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

Past Due Rent Payments. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if in the case of Section 2.2(a) or (b), after the occurrence of a Series 20182010-1 2 Lease Payment Deficit, the Lessees shall make payments of Monthly Base Rent or other amounts payable by the Lessees under the Leases on or prior to the fifth Business Day after the occurrence of such Series 20182010-1 2 Lease Payment Deficit (a “Past Due Rent Payment”), the Administrator shall direct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to allocate to the Series 20182010-1 2 Collection Account an amount equal to the Series 20182010-1 2 Invested Percentage as of the date of the occurrence of such Series 20182010-1 2 Lease Payment Deficit of the Collections attributable to such Past Due Rent Payment (the “Series 20182010-1 2 Past Due Rent Payment”). The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20182010-1 2 Collection Account and apply the Series 20182010-1 2 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:
