Common use of Past Due Rental Payments Clause in Contracts

Past Due Rental Payments. On each Series 2013-B Deposit Date, HVF II will direct the Trustee in writing, prior to 1:00 p.m. (New York City time) on such date, to, and the Trustee shall, withdraw from the Group II Collection Account all Group II Collections then on deposit representing Series 2013-B Past Due Rent Payments and deposit such amount into the Series 2013-B Interest Collection Account, and immediately thereafter, the Trustee shall withdraw such amount from the Series 2013-B Interest Collection Account and apply the Series 2013-B Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

Past Due Rental Payments. On each Series 2013-B A Deposit Date, HVF II will direct the Trustee in writing, prior to 1:00 p.m. (New York City time) on such date, to, and the Trustee shall, withdraw from the Group II I Collection Account all Group II I Collections then on deposit representing Series 2013-B A Past Due Rent Payments and deposit such amount into the Series 2013-B A Interest Collection Account, and immediately thereafter, the Trustee shall withdraw such amount from the Series 2013-B A Interest Collection Account and apply the Series 2013-B A Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

Past Due Rental Payments. On each Series 20132021-B A Deposit Date, HVF II III will direct the Trustee in writing, prior to 1:00 p.m. (New York City time) on such date, to, and the Trustee shall, withdraw from the Group II Collection Account all Group II Collections then on deposit representing Series 20132021-B A Past Due Rent Payments and deposit such amount into the Series 20132021-B A Interest Collection Account, and immediately thereafter, the Trustee shall withdraw such amount from the Series 20132021-B A Interest Collection Account and apply the Series 20132021-B A Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

On each Series 20132022-B 1 Deposit Date, HVF II III will direct the Trustee in writing, prior to 1:00 p.m. (New York City time) on such date, to, and the Trustee shall, withdraw from the Group II Collection Account all Group II Collections then on deposit representing Series 20132022-B 1 Past Due Rent Payments and deposit such amount into the Series 20132022-B 1 Interest Collection Account, and immediately thereafter, the Trustee shall withdraw such amount from the Series 20132022-B 1 Interest Collection Account and apply the Series 20132022-B 1 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

On each Series 20132022-B 2 Deposit Date, HVF II III will direct the Trustee in writing, prior to 1:00 p.m. (New York City time) on such date, to, and the Trustee shall, withdraw from the Group II Collection Account all Group II Collections then on deposit representing Series 20132022-B 2 Past Due Rent Payments and deposit such amount into the Series 20132022-B 2 Interest Collection Account, and immediately thereafter, the Trustee shall withdraw such amount from the Series 20132022-B 2 Interest Collection Account and apply the Series 20132022-B 2 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

On each Series 20132022-B 4 Deposit Date, HVF II III will direct the Trustee in writing, prior to 1:00 p.m. (New York City time) on such date, to, and the Trustee shall, withdraw from the Group II Collection Account all Group II Collections then on deposit representing Series 20132022-B 4 Past Due Rent Payments and deposit such amount into the Series 20132022-B 4 Interest Collection Account, and immediately thereafter, the Trustee shall withdraw such amount from the Series 20132022-B 4 Interest Collection Account and apply the Series 20132022-B 4 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

On each Series 20132021-B 1 Deposit Date, HVF II III will direct the Trustee in writing, prior to 1:00 p.m. (New York City time) on such date, to, and the Trustee shall, withdraw from the Group II Collection Account all Group II Collections then on deposit representing Series 20132021-B 1 Past Due Rent Payments and deposit such amount into the Series 20132021-B 1 Interest Collection Account, and immediately thereafter, the Trustee shall withdraw such amount from the Series 20132021-B 1 Interest Collection Account and apply the Series 20132021-B 1 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

On each Series 20132022-B 3 Deposit Date, HVF II III will direct the Trustee in writing, prior to 1:00 p.m. (New York City time) on such date, to, and the Trustee shall, withdraw from the Group II Collection Account all Group II Collections then on deposit representing Series 20132022-B 3 Past Due Rent Payments and deposit such amount into the Series 20132022-B 3 Interest Collection Account, and immediately thereafter, the Trustee shall withdraw such amount from the Series 20132022-B 3 Interest Collection Account and apply the Series 20132022-B 3 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

On each Series 20132014-B A Deposit Date, HVF II will direct the Trustee in writing, prior to 1:00 p.m. (New York City time) on such date, to, and the Trustee shall, withdraw from the Group II I Collection Account all Group II I Collections then on deposit representing Series 20132014-B A Past Due Rent Payments and deposit such amount into the Series 20132014-B A Interest Collection Account, and immediately thereafter, the Trustee shall withdraw such amount from the Series 20132014-B A Interest Collection Account and apply the Series 20132014-B A Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

On each Series 20132016-B 1 Deposit Date, HVF II will direct the Trustee in writing, prior to 1:00 p.m. (New York City time) on such date, to, and the Trustee shall, withdraw from the Group II I Collection Account all Group II I Collections then on deposit representing Series 20132016-B 1 Past Due Rent Payments and deposit such amount into the Series 20132016-B 1 Interest Collection Account, and immediately thereafter, the Trustee shall withdraw such amount from the Series 20132016-B 1 Interest Collection Account and apply the Series 20132016-B 1 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

On each Series 20132024-B 2 Deposit Date, HVF II III will direct the Trustee in writing, prior to 1:00 p.m. (New York City time) on such date, to, and the Trustee shall, withdraw from the Group II Collection Account all Group II Collections then on deposit representing Series 20132024-B 2 Past Due Rent Payments and deposit such amount into the Series 20132024-B 2 Interest Collection Account, and immediately thereafter, the Trustee shall withdraw such amount from the Series 20132024-B 2 Interest Collection Account and apply the Series 20132024-B 2 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

On each Series 2013-B A Deposit Date, HVF II will direct the Trustee in writing, prior to 1:00 p.m. (New York City time) on such date, to, and the Trustee shall, withdraw from the Group II I Collection Account all Group II I Collections then on deposit representing Series 2013-B A Past Due Rent Payments and deposit such amount into the Series 2013-B A Interest Collection Account, and immediately thereafter, the Trustee shall withdraw such amount from the Series 2013-B A Interest 115 Collection Account and apply the Series 2013-B A Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

On each Series 20132023-B 3 Deposit Date, HVF II III will direct the Trustee in writing, prior to 1:00 p.m. (New York City time) on such date, to, and the Trustee shall, withdraw from the Group II Collection Account all Group II Collections then on deposit representing Series 20132023-B 3 Past Due Rent Payments and deposit such amount into the Series 20132023-B 3 Interest Collection Account, and immediately thereafter, the Trustee shall withdraw such amount from the Series 20132023-B 3 Interest Collection Account and apply the Series 20132023-B 3 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

On each Series 20132023-B 1 Deposit Date, HVF II III will direct the Trustee in writing, prior to 1:00 p.m. (New York City time) on such date, to, and the Trustee shall, withdraw from the Group II Collection Account all Group II Collections then on deposit representing Series 20132023-B 1 Past Due Rent Payments and deposit such amount into the Series 20132023-B 1 Interest Collection Account, and immediately thereafter, the Trustee shall withdraw such amount from the Series 20132023-B 1 Interest Collection Account and apply the Series 20132023-B 1 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

On each Series 20132016-B 2 Deposit Date, HVF II will direct the Trustee in writing, prior to 1:00 p.m. (New York City time) on such date, to, and the Trustee shall, withdraw from the Group II I Collection Account all Group II I Collections then on deposit representing Series 20132016-B 2 Past Due Rent Payments and deposit such amount into the Series 20132016-B 2 Interest Collection Account, and immediately thereafter, the Trustee shall withdraw such amount from the Series 20132016-B 2 Interest Collection Account and apply the Series 20132016-B 2 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

On each Series 20132020-B 1 Deposit Date, HVF II HVIF will direct the Trustee in writing, prior to 1:00 p.m. (New York City time) on such date, to, and the Trustee shall, withdraw from the Group II HVIF Collection Account all Group II HVIF Collections then on deposit representing Series 20132020-B 1 Past Due Rent Payments and deposit such amount into the Series 20132020-B 1 Interest Collection Account, and immediately thereafter, the Trustee shall withdraw such amount from the Series 20132020-B 1 Interest Collection Account and apply the Series 20132020-B 1 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

On each Series 2013-B A Deposit Date, HVF II will direct the Trustee in writing, prior to 1:00 p.m. (New York City time) on such date, to, and 100 the Trustee shall, withdraw from the Group II I Collection Account all Group II I Collections then on deposit representing Series 2013-B A Past Due Rent Payments and deposit such amount into the Series 2013-B A Interest Collection Account, and immediately thereafter, the Trustee shall withdraw such amount from the Series 2013-B A Interest Collection Account and apply the Series 2013-B A Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

On each Series 20132024-B 1 Deposit Date, HVF II III will direct the Trustee in writing, prior to 1:00 p.m. (New York City time) on such date, to, and the Trustee shall, withdraw from the Group II Collection Account all Group II Collections then on deposit representing Series 20132024-B 1 Past Due Rent Payments and deposit such amount into the Series 20132024-B 1 Interest Collection Account, and immediately thereafter, the Trustee shall withdraw such amount from the Series 20132024-B 1 Interest Collection Account and apply the Series 20132024-B 1 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

On each Series 20132018-B 1 Deposit Date, HVF II will direct the Trustee in writing, prior to 1:00 p.m. (New York City time) on such date, to, and the Trustee shall, withdraw from the Group II I Collection Account all Group II I Collections then on deposit representing Series 20132018-B 1 Past Due Rent Payments and deposit such amount into the Series 20132018-B 1 Interest Collection Account, and immediately thereafter, the Trustee shall withdraw such amount from the Series 20132018-B 1 Interest Collection Account and apply the Series 20132018-B 1 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:
