Common use of Past Due Rental Payments Clause in Contracts

Past Due Rental Payments. Notwithstanding Section 3.2(a), if after the occurrence of a Series 2003-1 Lease Payment Deficit, the Lessees shall make payments of Monthly Base Rent or other amounts payable by the Lessees under the Leases on or prior to the fifth Business Day after the occurrence of such Series 2003-1 Lease Payment Deficit (a "PAST DUE RENT PAYMENT"), the Administrator shall direct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to allocate to the Series 2003-1 Collection Account an amount equal to the Series 2003-1 Invested Percentage as of the date of the occurrence of such Series 2003-1 Lease Payment Deficit of the Collections attributable to such Past Due Rent Payment (the "SERIES 2003-1 PAST DUE RENT PAYMENT"). The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 2003-1 Collection Account and apply the Series 2003-1 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

Past Due Rental Payments. Notwithstanding Section 3.2(a), if after the occurrence of a Series 20032002-1 3 Lease Payment Deficit, the Lessees shall make payments of Monthly Base Rent or other amounts payable by the Lessees under the Leases on or prior to the fifth Business Day after the occurrence of such Series 20032002-1 3 Lease Payment Deficit (a "PAST DUE RENT PAYMENT"), the Administrator shall direct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to allocate to the Series 20032002-1 3 Collection Account an amount equal to the Series 20032002-1 3 Invested Percentage as of the date of the occurrence of such Series 20032002-1 3 Lease Payment Deficit of the Collections attributable to such Past Due Rent Payment (the "SERIES 20032002-1 3 PAST DUE RENT PAYMENT"). The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20032002-1 3 Collection Account and apply the Series 20032002-1 3 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20032002-1 2 Collection Account and apply the Series 20032002-1 2 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if in the case of Section 3.2(a2.2(a) or (b), if after the occurrence of a Series 2003-1 3 Lease Payment Deficit, the Lessees shall make payments of Monthly Base Rent or other amounts payable by the Lessees under the Leases on or prior to the fifth Business Day after the occurrence of such Series 2003-1 3 Lease Payment Deficit (a "PAST DUE RENT PAYMENT"“Past Due Rent Payment”), the Administrator shall direct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to allocate to the Series 2003-1 3 Collection Account an amount equal to the Series 2003-1 3 Invested Percentage as of the date of the occurrence of such Series 2003-1 3 Lease Payment Deficit of the Collections attributable to such Past Due Rent Payment (the "SERIES “Series 2003-1 PAST DUE RENT PAYMENT"3 Past Due Rent Payment”). The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 2003-1 3 Collection Account and apply the Series 2003-1 3 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20032002-1 2 Collection Account and apply the Series 20032002-1 2 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20032002-1 4 Collection Account and apply the Series 20032002-1 4 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:

Notwithstanding Section 3.2(a), if after the occurrence of a Series 20032015-1 3 Lease Payment Deficit, the Lessees shall make payments of Monthly Base Rent or other amounts payable by the Lessees under the Leases on or 80 prior to the fifth Business Day after the occurrence of such Series 20032015-1 3 Lease Payment Deficit (a "PAST DUE RENT PAYMENT"“Past Due Rent Payment”), the Administrator shall direct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to allocate to the Series 20032015-1 3 Collection Account an amount equal to the Series 20032015-1 3 Invested Percentage as of the date of the occurrence of such Series 20032015-1 3 Lease Payment Deficit of the Collections attributable to such Past Due Rent Payment (the "SERIES 2003“Series 2015-1 PAST DUE RENT PAYMENT"3 Past Due Rent Payment”). The Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw from the Series 20032015-1 3 Collection Account and apply the Series 20032015-1 3 Past Due Rent Payment in the following order:
