Common use of Past Expenses Clause in Contracts

Past Expenses. Within thirty (30) days after its receipt of an invoice from Harvard, Licensee shall reimburse Harvard for all documented, out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Harvard through the end of the last full Calendar Quarter before the Original Effective Date (the “Past Expense Period”) with respect to the preparation, filing, prosecution, protection and maintenance of the Patent Rights.
