Common use of Past IP Dispositions Clause in Contracts

Past IP Dispositions. Seller has not assigned or otherwise transferred ownership of, or agreed to assign or otherwise transfer ownership of, any Intellectual Property that comprises Business Intellectual Property owned by Seller to any other Person.

Past IP Dispositions. The Seller has not assigned or otherwise transferred ownership of, or agreed to assign or otherwise transfer ownership of, any Intellectual Property Right that comprises Business Intellectual Property owned by Seller IP to any other Person.
