Past Safety Performance. The Offeror shall submit evidence of past safety performance in the form of the following statistical benchmarks: • Experience Modification Ratio (EMR) • North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) injury and illness statistics reportable through the Bureau of Labor Statistics • Past or current participation in voluntary health and safety programs • History of OSHA citations along with any associated civil or criminal penalties. Each Safety Factor submission will receive “Acceptable” or “Unacceptable” rating as follows:
