Patent and Other Rights. Except as set forth in Schedule 4.01(g), Lessee and its Subsidiaries own, license or otherwise have the right to use, under validly existing agreements, all patents, licenses, trademarks, trade names, trade secrets, service marks, copyrights and all rights with respect thereto, which are required to conduct their businesses as now conducted, except where the failure to have any such rights, either individually or collectively, is not reasonably likely to have a Material Adverse Effect. (f) Subparagraph 4.01(q) is amended to read in its entirety as follows:
