Common use of Patent and Related Matters Clause in Contracts

Patent and Related Matters. (a) The Executive agrees to promptly disclose in writing to the Company complete information concerning each and every invention, discovery, improvement, device, design, process, or product made, developed, perfected, devised, conceived, or first reduced to practice by the Executive, either solely or in collaboration with others, during the Executive's term of employment by the Company, or within six months thereafter, relating to the business, products, practices, or techniques of the Company (hereinafter referred to as "Developments"). The Executive, to the extent that the Executive has the legal right to do so, hereby acknowledges that any and all of said Developments are the property of the Company and hereby assigns and agrees to assign to the Company any and all of the Executive's right, title, and interest in and to any and all of such Developments.
