Patent Applications and Payment of Related Expenses. 7.2.1 PacBio shall be responsible for and shall control, at its sole discretion and expense, the preparation, filing, prosecution, maintenance and enforcement of all PacBio Patent Rights that are the subject of this Agreement. Gen-Probe shall be responsible for and shall control, at its sole expense, the preparation, filing, prosecution, maintenance and enforcement of all Gen-Probe Patent Rights that are the subject of this Agreement.
