Common use of PATENT, COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS Clause in Contracts

PATENT, COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. 16.1. All patent, copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights which may arise or to which we may become entitled in respect of the Goods and/or as a result of the execution of the Order will vest in us.
